Delivery and payment

We deliver across the country with Econt and Speedy, with convenient ways to pay — by card, cash on delivery or bank transfer.

Delivery

We ship orders with the courier companies Econt and Speedy — to a courier office or to an address of your choice. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after the parcel is dispatched. Larger orders may take longer; if that is the case, we will let you know.

Before the school year starts

Our busiest weeks are at the end of August and the beginning of September, when orders are many times higher than usual. Making and shipping take longer than during the rest of the year, and the most popular sizes are the first to sell out.

So please order as early as you can, so the uniform is ready before the first day of school. If you need it by a particular date, write to us at info@forestjeans.com or call +359 898 699 305 and we will check the timing for your order.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is calculated according to the chosen courier's rates and the type of delivery (to an office or to an address), and is paid by the customer. You will see the exact amount before you complete your order.

Tracking your parcel

You will receive a notification when your parcel is dispatched. You can track it with the waybill number in the relevant courier's system.

Receiving and inspecting your parcel

Please inspect the parcel when you receive it. If you notice any damage from transport, have it recorded on the courier's document at the moment of delivery.

Payment methods

By bank card (BORICA)

Pay online with a debit or credit card through the secure BORICA payment service (with 3-D Secure protection). Your card details are processed by the licensed payment provider and are not stored by us.

Cash on delivery

Pay when you receive the parcel from the courier (Econt or Speedy).

Bank transfer

Pay into the bank account given in your order confirmation. We ship the order once the payment has been received.

Invoices

We issue the documents required by law for every order. If you would like an invoice made out to a company, enter the billing details when you order (company name, UIC (EIK), VAT number, address and accountable person (MOL)).

Our stores

As well as online, we have physical stores in Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Sliven, Kazanlak, Gorna Oryahovitsa, Pazardzhik and Lovech, where you can try the models on in person. Current addresses, opening hours and a map are on the Stores page.
