Returns and complaints

If the size isn't quite right or you change your mind, you can return or exchange the items you ordered. The conditions and steps are set out below.

Right to withdraw within 14 days

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days of the date on which you, or a person you designated, received the goods. It is enough to let us know within that period.

Return conditions

• The item must be in its original saleable condition — unworn, unwashed and with no signs of use;
• The original labels and packaging must be kept;
• The item must be fit for resale.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been handled beyond what is necessary to check the size and quality.

How to return an item — step by step

1. Let us know. Write to info@forestjeans.com with your order number and the items you are returning. You can also use the standard withdrawal form.
2. Pack the item. Return it with its original labels and packaging, in the condition in which you bought it.
3. Send the parcel. Ship it with Econt or Speedy to our registered address: 1 Pryaporets St., Plovdiv 4004.
4. Receive your refund. We refund the amounts paid within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

Size exchange

If you only need a different size, say so in your email and we will arrange an exchange for an available size, based on the size chart for that model.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints about defects or non-conformity

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or one that does not conform to your order, you have the right to file a complaint. By law, you are entitled to a statutory guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery of the goods. Write to us at info@forestjeans.com with a description of the problem and photos, and we will bring the goods into conformity by repair or replacement in accordance with the law.

Standard withdrawal form

The withdrawal form is not mandatory, but it makes the process easier. The full conditions and the text of the form are included in the Terms and Conditions (Appendix No. 1).
